About Me

About a Girl

"A girl with a Camera, too much time on her hands, and I desire to do things spontaneously. When Photography is in a lapse, she reverts back to her old hobby. Being a Nerd in General. She enjoys a good book, Reese Cups, cigarettes, and Superheroes."

I'm young and I'm restless, but I refuse to have a Soap Opera life. I'm certainly on a path of self discovery, which will taken a lifetime to complete. Such a task is something I look forward to.

Photography has become a bit of an outlet for me. It has taken center stage in my interests. Which has lead to other interests as well. I'm growing more and more interested in Urban Exploration. Which includes mostly abandoned buildings, Cemeteries, and abandoned vehicles/machinery. There's something about the old and forgotten that just triggers a strong passion to show the world. I love photographing what people see everyday, but never acknowledge just how beautiful it is. The world would be a sad place without is wonders and the people with the cameras to capture it.

I love to read. It expands the mind and opens the imagination. There was a time in my life where you did not see me without my nose in a book. Now I find it difficult to find the time to read. However my range of reading isn't as broad as I should hope it would be. I don't like reading books that exist in the world I live in. I see those things everyday. What I want to read about are the things that I don't see.

I love books that take me to an entirely different world. Though I'm not limited to just fantasy books. I do read a great deal on the Paranormal. I do also read a great number of books on the Fae and many Magick books. Some of my favorite authors include (Though not limited to): Holly Black, J.k. Rowling, Lisa See, Patricia Briggs and Gail Carriger. I do enjoy an occasional book by Nora Roberts and the books she writes as J.D Robb.

I believe in ghosts, karma, and lucky horse shoes.

By the way, I was sorted into Ravenclaw...but I would Like to think I'd have stuck it out in the end.

"Loved your stuff!
Keep looking for the things that everybody sees, but nobody "Sees"! You aren't afraid to get in the face of the subject either....it's produced some of the best stuff you've shot!
Keep up the good work!
